These moments are filled with worry and urgency, and your pet’s well-being is our top priority. As an appointment-based practice, we regret that we cannot accommodate walk-ins. However, we encourage you to call us immediately if your pet needs urgent care. Our team will evaluate the situation and do our best to work your pet into our schedule. Please be aware that this may involve a significant wait, as we strive to provide the best care for all our patients.

If we determine that your pet’s condition requires more immediate attention than we can provide, we will guide you to the appropriate emergency hospital. For critical cases, we commonly refer clients to BluePearl of Augusta on Riverwatch Parkway, South Carolina Veterinary Specialists and Emergency Care, or CVETS in Columbia, SC. Both facilities are well-equipped and staffed with experienced veterinary professionals to handle emergencies.
